I had a 99p for three months subscription the subscription ended on the 23/2/18 and I was charged £9.99 for next month because of auto renewal I didn't want this but didn't mind having next month so to prevent this again I cancelled my subscription but now it is saying my subscription will end on the 23/2/18 even though I have now paid for another month.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
