My Question or Issue

 I use a prepaid Walmart credit card to pay for Spotify. My purchase history for the card shows that on 1/15/19 I was charged for my subscription. Yet I am still getting a the Spotify message saying the my payment has failed and to update my payment method. I'm also still getting emails saying the same thing.
