I am am trying to change payment info. I pay for premium Spotify. But my online account says it’s basic free Spotify. I need someone to look into my account and change these settings.

Just a reminder that your new payment method must be issued in the same country your account settings are set to.
I recommend you to try updating your info using a different web browser or an Incognito Window too.
