I no longer have the premium setting . Yet , I am STILL being charged monthly . Please help .

Did you cancel your Premium subscription?

 

Is it possible that you might have a second Spotify account?

I think I may have another account out there somewhere? I cancelled the one account I can get into a long time ago. How can I go about canceling the one account I don't know how to get into ? If it even exist
