I just renewed my subscription from the free one to the Student Premium membership. But when I logged back in with the premium account, all of my songs and playlists were erased!

Can someone please help me get them back?

Thanks for your help! This worked & I found my account with all of my music on it! However, I had created another account, that I thought was the same username, and paid the Student Premium Membership. Is there a way that spotify can help me with this?

In terms of the Premium subscription being on the wrong account, Spotify Support/SpotifyCares might be able to help here 🙂 You can reach out to them over email (make sure that you're signed into the right account), Twitter or Facebook!
