My Question or Issue.

Hi,

I have the Family Premium subscription on the Spotify app on my phone, it was working perfect. 

I recently brought new phones, the Spotify app on the new phones had the free subscription on them for a limited time so I use that but now it has finished and my account is asking me to sign up for premium but I'm already paying for Family Premium. 

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but my account is still asking me to sign up for Premium. 

What can I do to get my Family Premium reinstated on my new phones?

Could you try resetting your password following these steps? If that doesn't help, please go to your account here, and let me know what your subscription status says.

Hi. Thank you for your help. I reset my password, didn't make any difference and my subscription is saying I'm on Spotify Free.
