To whomever this may concern, I have cancelled my account but they are not refunding the money back to whom do I get a hold of to get a refund?

Hey @Taylorshore when you cancel your account, it will revert to free when the time you have paid for runs out. Therefore, you will not recieve a refund. Hope that answers your question!!
