Suddenly lost my premium account that I pay for

My Question or Issue

I've had premium for years and suddenly I've gotten free. I've tried to log in and out again, both with my facebookaccound and with e-mail. I looked at my bankaccount and I've paied for premium 28th october this year, I looked a couple of months back and there is a withdrawal every 28th. I looked at my spotifyaccound under receipts, there are none to be found 😕  Why have I lost my premium despite I've paid for it and how can I get it back with all of my playlists and downloads?
