Same i made 2 accounts and used 2 new payments i hadnt used before and my premium ended after 1 day both times. Tried to ask support and they couldn't help due to security reasons. WT? And i was offered to join again but pay for it then they rudely ended the conversation so i couldn't respond.

When you check your account profile on both your accounts, do they show as Premium or Free?

 

Also, do you see the receipts of the charges on them when you click on the link bellow?
