Sufficient credit

I can't subscribe my account to premium because it says that "Oops, seems the credit on your prepaid card is insufficient. Please try again or use another payment method." even though I have more than enough credits in my account. How can I solve this and upgrade to premium my account as soon as possible?

What country are you trying to purchase Spotify Premium from? Also, how much is your current balance?
