Suscribed but no access to premium anymore

I have started a subscription to premium in january, and this month I suddenly do not have access to premium anymore even though I have been charged at the beginning of the month.

Welcome to the Community! We're happy to shed some light on the situation.

 

You can always check your subscription status on your account page and can see all your payments under Receipts.

 

If your Premium subscription has stopped, it might be because your latest payment couldn't be processed successfully. We recommend that you have a look at this article, where you'll find some useful tips on how to troubleshoot your payments.

If you still pay for a subscription, but can't see the Premium features, we'd suggest you check these steps here. You may have logged into another account of yours. 

 

You can also contact your payment provider. The team there can give you more information about the payments.
