Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

You should first check the Receipts section of your account page. Here is a link. If you don't see the two charges there, you most probably have multiple accounts. If this is the case, here is how to look for the second one.

 

If you find a second one with an active subscription, you can cancel the second subscription as described here
