Suscription changed without my consent

Suscription changed without my consent

 

I just received an email stating that my subscription changed from Premium to Family Premium.  I did not do this and I am wondering why this has happened.

It sounds like someone might have gained access to your account. I would recommend checking out the  "Someone has taken over my account" support article for some more help with this.

Same has happened to me, without any email. Just noticed by accident that I am paying too much.

If you can see some unexpected changes on your account, we'd suggest to check the steps @Noah mentioned. It's also a good idea to give these steps a go so you can make sure the account is protected. Here you can find also steps on how to remove the access of a third-party app. You can also always grant access to them again.
