I need help, last month (feb 26rd) I had suspicious transactions on my wife's credit card including a spotify transaction, called the bank and get the credit card cancelled.
Got a new credit card and again (march 23rd) a spotify transaction, she didn't use her new card yet and she doesn't have a Spotify account and never register or use a credit card with her smartphone.
So, anybody can track back the account based on the credit card number or transaction number that I can provide. Really need to talk to somebody resp of billing.
On my own account still free for awhile without any transaction since 2015.
