My Question or Issue
I renewed my Premium Duo plan early this year and no longer require the same and would like to switch to Premium Individual plan. I have notified my partner and removed them as Plan Member. However, I do not see the option to Change Plan under Manage your plan nor am I able to see the Cancel Premium option.
I am technically paying for Duo (for the whole year) while I'm the only user and would like to fix that. Any solutions?

Hey @TinybutMighty,
Thanks for getting back. That's because you've got a pre-paid plan. 🙂
In this case, you'll need to wait for the Premium Duo time you've already paid for to run out, before you'll be able to get a different plan.
I hope this clears things up!
Hey @TinybutMighty,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please post a screenshot of this page? 🙂 Just make sure no private details are visible on it.
Looking forward to your reply.
When I click on 'Cancel Anytime' it just says I'll still have premium for the period I paid for and should simply not renew.

So I presume its not possible for me to switch plans now and I'll have to wait for the current plan to expire?
Hey again, @TinybutMighty,
Yes, that's right.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help with 🙂
That was all, Maxim - thank you 😊
