I have been trying to switch my service from spotify premium to premium duo. I cancelled my premium service to which it says it will continue until 09/14/2020 when the billing cycle ends, but then when I try to change the plan to premium duo, it says "Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method." I had my payment method saved in my account previously. How can I get around this issue?

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this?

 

If you are, we'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.
 
If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
