Switching from single account to family account payment

I created a family premium account on my personal account, and put my mom on it. However, she is still paying 7.99, when I'm paying 14.99 for the family account. How can we change that and can she get refunds for the past couple of months?

Hi @ashleymariepow1!

 

If you’re already subscribed to Premium when accepting an invite, all subsequent payments on your account are made by the plan owner. In this case, the Premium time your mom has left will be saved in case she's removed from your Premium for Family Plan.

I switched to a premium account as well .. I invited a family member but she stated that she never got the invite.. What does she need to do to get started using premium

How return the payment to difference price if  spotify get both premium subscriptions!????
