Switching to family plan

I want to switch from spotify premium trial to a family plan. It says to update account info bc it thinks i am in USA, but am in Canada. I cannot edit my credit card information becuase it wont accept my Canadian postal code on the payment page

Hi @g_titman, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you activated the 7-day free trial, we suggest that you wait until it ends and your account goes back to the Free service. Once that happens, you'll be able to change the country in your account with these steps.

 

After the country of your account has been changed to Canada, you'll be able to get the Premium for Family plan  with your Canadian card.
