I just discovered that you are taking my money for a premium account that eliminates my ability to download my songs to my device for offline listening...something that allows me to use my account at work. You limit my ability to do this based upon the number of downloads I have. I will be researching other companies to see if they allow unlimited downloads and if they do, I will be canceling my Spotify accounts.

The explanation of making the app perform better is an absolute falsehood.
When I use my app offline it has zero access to the Spotify database and
thus has zero impact on the online database or its performance. Your logic
to why you limit paying customers to utilize their accounts offline is not
based upon any factual supporting documentation. If you can provide me with
the supporting documentation then I will reanalyze how your written
programming is inept where other developing software can easily surpass
Spotify's current limitations.
