My Question or Issue

 Turkcell Mobil ödeme ile premium almaya çalıştım 3 kez. Fakat hepsinde paycell dijital bakiyesi hata verdi. Daha sonrasında paycell in uygulamasını indirdim ve mobil ödemeye açtım. 4. Kez satın alımı deneyecektim fakat hat başına aktif abonelik limitine ulaştınız dedi. Ne yapmalıyım?
