TRIPLE CHARGED

Today i decided to buy premium account, first i tried to get student discount two times  i entered my credit card informations and there was written we wont charge you unless you finish your school proof thing , i couldn t proof it and i changed my mind then i decided to buy normal premium for 13 turkish liras after that when i looked my credit card extract i realised they charged me 3 times.                                                       LOOK TO THE TOP OF ATTACHMENT  ,                                                                    DEAR SPOTIFY WORKERS I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
