TRY OF PREMIUM DURING 60 DAYS

Hi, I register for a try of 60 days of premium. A first page tell me that my try will end on 2018 june the 14th and the second sceen says that my try will end on 2018 april the 19th! What can I do ? someone can help me thanks in advance:) ( please see 2 attachements)

It looks like you weren't eligible for the offer, which is why you only received a month of Premium.

You might not be eligible because you've had Premium before or have already used your payment method to pay for a similar offer in the past.
