Takes 10€ from my bank account even though i used a gift code for this month

My Question or Issue

So because spotify recently refused to take my bank account as a payment option when trying to change it i switched to activation cards for 10 bucks. A week ago i bought a card and activated it a few day later. Now i see that spotify took money from the same bankaccount it refused to take from. So.... Give it back maybe?

For what you describe, there's a chance you redeemed the gift card in a different account where the PayPal payment was taken. If you head to your receipts page and see only the receipt of the gift card and not the PayPal payment (and vice versa), most probably there's a second account. 

If that's the case, we suggest you check this guide to find out if you have another account. 

If the information you find out is different, we suggest you contact the folks from Customer Support who can take a deeper look into your account. Here is the link.
