Temp Error when trying to join as Family Member on Family Plan .

My Question or Issue

I am trying to change from a Duo Premium Plan to a Family Premium Plan.  In the Duo I am the Manager and in the Family I will just be a member.  I keep getting an error message.  My Duo member got out and over to the family plan as did my other family on individual plans, but I am not able to get past the address in the family invite even though it is the same.  Do I have to cancel the Duo and go to the free before going to the family?  Will I loose my playlists and everything when I go to the free account?  Or will I get it back when in the Family Premium.  Any help would be appreciated.

You'll first need to cancel your Premium Duo plan and wait until it has ended. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the Premium Family invite 🙂
