Ten Hour Top Up disappeared

My Question or Issue

My 15 audiobook hours ran out and I got a message that I could continue listening with my remaining top up hours. I recently checked and I had 9 hours left. It just now when I got this message, I couldn’t continue listening, and when I look to manage my hours, there are no top up hours listed. They’ve completely disappeared. I’ve already logged out and logged back in twice.
