My name is Ixchel, im from Mexico City, and y want terminating an account. 

Quiero cancelar mi cuenta, por que me siguen apareciendo cobros por 99 pesos al mes. Cuando ya no ocupo la cuenta. Pero en el menu no me aparece la opción. Me podrían ayudar? Gracias. URGEEEE!!!

Do you mean to cancel your Premium subscription or delete your Spotify account altogether? If it's the first case (I don't know Spanish so I couldn't get the part other than "cancel", sorry! ), you can follow the steps here.
