Could you confirm for us whether you are the Family plan owner or not?
If you aren't the plan owner, then could you ask the owner to send you another invite to the plan?
If you are, then could you try logging out and then logging back in again to see if that fixes things? If not, then could you check your subscription status by logging into your account overview page here?
