  • Tengo el mismo problema, la aplicación me cobró con Paypal, pero cuando quiero entrar me dice que tengo que pagar nuevamente y que no tengo Spotify premium, incluso me cobró 2 veces.

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

To investigate this further it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at your account.

 

For anyone else experiencing this, try logging out and back in to force a re-sync of your account and check if you're using the correct login details as you might've signed up for Premium on a different account.
