The deal said 99p for 3 months but I’ve been charged 4.99

 So I signed up for Spotify premium account for students as the offer said 99p for 3 months and then 4.99 and I’ve been charged 4.99 anyone know how I can resolve this?? Stupid that there is no number to ring the company

Had you signed up for Premium before you purchased that offer?
