The payment of my subscription didn’t happen.

I got an email from Spotify telling me that the payment of my subscription did not happen. But the charges keep coming to my card and the card still works perfect. What I can do?

Can you please double-check if you have a second account? It's possible that you activated Premium there and is being charged on an account you don't use. You can find more information about it here. Please, make sure you follow everything in this article.
