The premium account is not working

The premium account is not working

I have subscribed the premium account and have received confirmation from my credit card company with the payment​. However, I still listen to the ads and it seems like it hasn't been paid or subscribed. I've already tried to log out and then in. Not success. I'd like some help. What should I do?

Hey @Laurazonta! Don't worry, I've got you covered!

 

It seems you might have 2 different Spotify accounts. First, check your Subscription Page and make sure it says you're on Premium. If it says Free, chances are you have a second account. Please make sure you're using the same username as it says in your confirmation email!

 

If it says Premium, head to your Account Page, scroll down and click "SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE", then try and log in again.
