The redeem code is not readable. to scratched

Well basically the redeem code is too scratched and it's not readable. i've tried to do every thing, Contact the seller and spotify. surley it must have happened before. 

now tell me what to do?.

Hey! If it's a physical gift card and you still have the receipt, let Spotify know via Twitter (it's faster) and the'll figure out something for you. I've never had this happen but I'm pretty sure they can check the code somewhere on their end and then idk make it work. There's not really much we can do here bc we don't have access to your account or the giftcard, but the people that work for Spotify can definitely help. However, if you bought it from somewhere like Ebay, or another unofficial seller, they won't be able to help
