 After sign-up was complete it told me that I will be charged on 7/3 next month it's supposed to be free for three months can someone help

That offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
