Took money without finishing subscription

Took money without finishing subscription

I was seeing the Student Discount but unfortunately my school was not listed. I tried 3 times to see if anything would change but obviously nothing did and I didn't get the subscription but that is fine. However I checked my bank account and I was charged 3 times for 5.99 and once of 1.00.

 

Is there anyway I can be refunded?

Hey @neyosteam1,

 

If Spotify has been unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
