Took the 99 cents deal but have been charged only once

Took the 99 cents deal but have been charged only once

I started my Premium account in December with the Christmas deal for 99 cents but I have been charged only once so far when I created the account. Enought time has passed since the supposed charging date in January but no money bas been withdrawn from my card. Is there a problem or did I not understand the deal correctly and it is 99c for the whole period of 3 months?
