Trial 3 months, after payments did not receive premium.


Dear all,


Today i bought spotify premium 3 months premium, after the payment i did not receive premium.

I received the invoice and it says succesfull paid.

Can someone help me?

Hope you're doing great! 


Could you try signing out/in of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, could you try following these steps here? if that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to use a Premium feature (such as no ads) or (checking subscription info). Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

Hey i've got the same problem it even says in the invoices that i have paid for premium and the 3 month trial and al the things u advised didn't help
