Hey @patriciotxk, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you check your account page, does your account status say Free or Premium? Also, could you try logging out/in of your account on the app?

Let me know how this goes!

Hey @patriciotxk,

Thanks for the screenshot.
It seems like your account is on Spotify Premium. If you're having issues with using your Premium features or when you try to access a Premium feature you get a message, don't worry. It generally takes 1-3 business days for the payment to be reflected on Spotify's end and for your account to turn Premium.

I'll follow up with you here in 1-3 business days (Tuesday of next week) to check if your  account has turned to Premium. If your account turns to Premium before the 1-3 days are up, make sure to let me know.

You can also follow the steps provided here in the meantime.

I hope you'll find this useful. If you need anything else in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask.

Hey @patriciotxk, I am just checking in as promised.

Are you able to use your Premium subscription now, including the features, such as unlimited skips and no ads?

Keep me updated!

Hey, I am still without access to the premium features, I and am going to be charged tomorrow, and if the problem persists I am thinking in cancelling the service.

Best regards
