Trial period being charged before the end of the month of free trial

I am contacting you in regards to my trial period for a premium subscription. In fact I have subscribed to the trial period on the 2nd September if I am not mistaken and on the 9th I tried to download a playlist, my account didn't allow me notifying me that this is only a premium option. I went to my account and tried to re-apply for the premium trial period which has been denied to me as I apparently already used my right for the trial period previously although I never did appart from the 2nd of September but didn't use my full month free trial. Could you please help me or let me know who I should contact? Thank you very much in advance!

thanks for reaching out !

 

The free trial offer is created for users who are using Spotify for the first time.

In addition, it doesn't track your usage while subscribing which means that as long as you already tried it, you can't be eligible for it again.
