My husband and I each signed up for a30 day free trial, yet after only 2-3 weeks, I’m getting ads and within 1-2 weeks, my husband is getting ads. What’s going on? Also, when I go to email Spotify, that page is just blank. Does Spotify really care about support? I’m so frustrated after dealing with this for more than 2 hours!!!!
