Tried everything, Spotify premium won’t work

Tried everything, Spotify premium won’t work

I recently paid for Spotify premium individual. I got a receipt, online it shows that I have the plan, it got charged on my debit card, but when I go to play music online or in the app it is still saying I’m on the free plan. I have tried everything I can think of and still nothing is working. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I’ve logged out and back in. I’ve double checked the payment. I’ve double checked I’m on the right account. I’ve looked through Spotify community for answers. I’m coming up empty and I’m bummed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

A payment takes a little bit of time to go through sometimes. Could you check again of you're seeing Premium feature on your account? Also make sure to enter the login details exactly as you see them on your account page to avoid logging in on a different account. Here is a link to the account page. 

 

Here is how to check if you indeed have multiple accounts.

I checked the account page and it’s still saying I have the premium individual, showing the correct card information and everything. However, if I try to use premium it’s still not working. In the app it isn’t showing that I have premium and it’s the exact same account. I’m really out of ideas here. Thinking I might just have to cancel Spotify and forget about it at this point, which I really don’t want to do.

If you're sure you're logged in on the right account and still can't see the Premium features, we advise you to contact a customer support representative for further investigation. Here is how to do that.
