Tried to Renew Hulu Spotify :(

My Question or Issue

I wanted to renew my Spotify Hulu account because the card attached was expired, it was originally a student account but then it switched to a regular Hulu/Spotify account. When I went to renew it did not renew both just Spotify. How do I bypass this and get both?
