Triple billed for student account.

Triple billed for student account.

I was charged triple when I was trying to subscribe. And after when I wanted to check if it applied, app forced me to either pay again or cancel my premium to do anything else on it. So I cancelled it to be able to go to 'Help' section.

 

Now I'm 3 months in and not a premium.

If the payments show as pending, it means that no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student.
