Trouble Updating Payment Information

The payment for our Spotify premium account expired. However, when we try to update the payment, it does not load the payment page. Can someone please assist us in renewing our family plan

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.

 

In case the page isn't loading try opening it in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.

 

If you still can't update your payment details after trying this you can send us a screenshot of how it looks on your end. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. 

 

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
