Trouble reactivating premium

I had a paypal issue that caused me to lose my Premium Membership.  Since then i had my paypal straightened out and its back to paying netflix, etc.  When i choose spotify premium it sends me to paypal and asks for a credit card(which i never needed before) so i got one and entered it and nothing happened it stays on that screen.  I checked paypal and the new card was added from that screen so i went through everything registered and verified but it still wont go past that screen everytime i try.

Why is spotify/paypal still asking me to add a credit card even though i have one registered and verified?
