Question

Today my husband downloaded Spotify for the family. He created an account for himself, and bought the Spotify premium family subscription. Then, he sent me and my son invitations. My son also created an account, entered our address and got access. However, when I tried to register (I have never had or used Spotify ever before), it told me that there’s already an account running on this email, and I must log in. Since I did not have a password, I chose the option to log in without a password, got an email, clicked the link, and got asked to set a new password. I did this and got in. Then it said “welcome back” and there was already entered a username there, which I also changed to my own name. When I then clicked the link to get access to our family subscription, and entered our address, it told me that to use this subscription, I must be on the same address as the rest of the family. Which I obviously am. We tried to repeat this whole process several times, but it keeps on giving me the same error message.
My app is also in Norwegian, as I want it to be, and as it should be. BUT when I press any of the links on my profile, and get sent to the website version, everything is appearing in German. I have no idea what is wrong here. I also have deleted and reinstalled the app a couple of times already. What am I supposed to do now?

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out.

Your account's country setting is likely set to a different country, so I recommend heading here to change it.

Let me know how it goes!
