My Question or Issue

 Hi, I've been using Premium account for 2 months. Last month the payment was still ok, but this month they sent me an email said the payment has failed. I tried many ways as I read on community.spotify.com, try another mastercard, cancelled the premium and registered again but they rejected all the mastercard I've entered. I called the bank, they said all the cards function well. This is the only payment method I have and want to use, so please look through this problem and solve it so I can get back to the Premium account.

Same problem here but with Family-account. Have paid for it for well over a year without any problems butnow it says that payment fails all the time. Have checked payment info and tried re-entering it but doesn't seem to help.

I sent the question to the support.spotify.com, they replied me through email and solved my payment problem really quick. I think you should try.
