Trouble with updating payment info

I ordered a new debit card because I lost my previous one and I’m trying to update my payment information but Spotify isn’t allowing me it keeps telling me try again or try another payment method when nothing is wrong with the card I’ve checked with my bank and uploaded my card on other things I pay automatically and nothing was wrong. Please help I’ve had Spotify for a long time now

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
