Troubles with Premium

Hello,

I just wanted to cancel my Spotify Premium because I needed to save money and my account back then was Premium but when I was done looking for my username and password I tried to log in again but my acccount wasn't Premium anymore what's happening? I'm 100% sure it was my real Premium account. Can you do something please ? It's urgent

Are you still being charged for your account? You can check that in your receipts page.

But it said that I didn't have any receipt... I don't understand anything
I'm sure that it's my real account on which I used to have Premium.

No worries 🙂 Maybe your subscription cancelled sure to some unkown reason and you aren't currently paying. Can you check if your credit card still provides the monthly payment? You can check that in your bank or their website.
