Is your subscriptoion still active? You can check this by going to your account overview.
Account was active, decided to close account and open new one, same problem. This should not be so difficult, no idea why in 3 days I cannot upgrade account and use premium service.

You seem to be using two accounts here, please can you login to both the accounts, and double check that neither of them have premium.
