Trying to Update Payment Details but Unable to Do So

Hey everyone,

 

So I received a notice about my card expiring and that I needed to update my card details. I've been attempting it for the last week or so to no avail. I am now receiving this message whenever I attempt to confirm my details:

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

Is there anything I can do about this? It's been doing this for the last week and I have no idea what to do? I've used different browsers, incognito, clearing cookies, but nothing has changed.

Hey Cheesyluigi!

That's a bummer.

 

First of all, try clearing your browser cache and attempt the payment method again.

If that doesn't work then you can try to use another wifi connection.

 

If neither of these options work out for you then I suggest you try paying with PayPal.
